Tomorrow I will give you 6 different breakfasts, 6 lunch choices and 6 dinner choices. The choices depend on your specific food allergies. Yet most individuals have wheat and dairy allergies. This is essentially a yeast allergy.
The needlepoint was given to my brother-in-law, Michael Byrd. I made a pair for his kitchen. He lives in Los Angeles, CA where they proudly hang. You can try peas or any other green vegetable with lunch or dinner.
